The course is designed to give participants confidence and in-depth knowledge to become an excellent and respected massage therapists.

Course Content

Day 1 & 2 – Deep Tissue Foundations

  • The Deep Tissue Massage Technique

  • How pain and trauma are trapped in the deep muscle layers

  • How to perform a massage using only body weight

  • Self-care as a therapist

  • Practical practice: back massage

Day 3 & 4 – Lower Body

  • Legs massage

  • The deep muscles in our legs

  • The emotional burden on the legs

  • Meridian lines in the legs and how Deep Massage can strengthen the kidneys

  • Feet massage: practical reflexology

Day 5 – Neck

  • Stiffness in the neck from a holistic perspective

  • The deep muscles in the neck

  • Practical practice: neck massage

Day 6 – Arms & Hands

  • How to relieve joint pain and elbow pain

  • The hands from a holistic view

  • Practical practice: hand massage

Day 7 – Face & Head

  • Relaxing and healing massage for the face and head

  • Integration with healing techniques and Reiki

Day 8 – Release & Self-Care

  • Trigger points and intensive release of trapped stress and pain

  • Meditation and breathing exercises for self-care and client support

Day 9 – Integration & Closing

  • Full day of practical practice

  • Certification and closing ceremony
